St. Lucia Preschool
St. Lucia Preschool was started after seeing a need for child affected by AIDS (either by a parent living with AIDS or infected themselves). Currently St. Lucia has 35 students all from very poor families. They have 2 meals a day provided by Karama Connection funding, most of the time this will be the only food they eat for the day. We are able to provide medical care, vitamins and volunteers to help teach in English. Our hope is to continue to add children each year and to improve English speaking skills.
